UISEE Partners with ComfortDelGro Bus, Singapore's Largest Bus Operator, to Accelerate Full-Scenario Autonomous Driving from Airports to Cities

Recently, UISEE Technologies (01511.HK) and

ComfortDelGro Bus Pte Ltd. of Singapore officially signed a strategic

memorandum of understanding (MoU). The two parties will engage in ecosystem

collaboration centered on autonomous bus technology validation, commercial

deployment, and ecosystem integration, jointly driving the development of a

scalable and replicable global operational ecosystem for autonomous buses.

ComfortDelGro Bus is a subsidiary of ComfortDelGro

Corporation, a multi-modal transport operator, and is Singapore's largest

private bus operator. Its business spans Singapore, Australia, and the United

Kingdom, with a fleet of over 8,000 buses serving millions of passengers daily.

As a globally leading L4 full-scenario autonomous driving solution provider,

UISEE established its overseas business development center in Singapore in

2024, deepening its presence in the Southeast Asian market. This partnership represents

another important milestone for UISEE in Singapore's smart mobility sector.

Under the MoU, the two parties will jointly explore

the complete pathway for autonomous buses — from technology deployment to

commercial application — across six key directions. In the deployment of

autonomous bus feeder services, ComfortDelGro's professional fleet operation

and customer management capabilities will complement UISEE's extensive

experience in scaled autonomous driving deployment and comprehensive support

service system.

Through pilot demonstration projects, the two

parties will validate technical and commercial feasibility with real-world

data, and explore system-level integration in fleet management, remote

operations, booking and dispatch, and data analytics, seamlessly integrating

autonomous vehicles into existing operational management systems. In advancing

the sustainable commercial model for autonomous buses, the two parties will

maintain communication with regulators such as Singapore's Land Transport

Authority (LTA) to ensure that collaborative projects comply with regulatory

requirements and safety standards. Data sharing will be conducted under

compliance premises to continuously optimize system safety and operational

efficiency.

Since launching the first fully autonomous driving

fleet at Changi Airport in January 2026, UISEE has continued to deepen the

deployment of AI Driver in Singapore. From airport autonomous logistics to

urban smart mobility, UISEE is building a full-scenario autonomous driving

deployment landscape encompassing both cargo and passenger transport in

Singapore, laying a solid foundation for the expansion of full-scenario

autonomous driving technology in the Southeast Asian market.
