Xi'an Xianyang International Airport

UISEE's Autonomous Electric Tractor T30 and Autonomous Shuttle Bus B13 helped Xi'an Xianyang International Airport achieve Northwest China’s first full-process unmanned cargo transport from cargo station to apron, crossing security gates and tunnels.

Background

Xi'an Xianyang International Airport is the core aviation hub of Northwest China, undertaking important functions in Western regional logistics transport and passenger services. From November 2022 to April 2024, it progressively deployed 3 Autonomous Electric Tractor T30 and 1 Autonomous Shuttle Bus B13, partnering with Western Airport Group Aviation Logistics Co., to launch an Autonomous cargo transportation project connecting cargo stations and apron operation.

Large airport area means long-distance manual cargo transport between stations and apron.

High labor costs and numerous safety hazards in complex scenarios.

Security gates and underground tunnels add significant operational difficulty.
