UISEE's Autonomous Electric Tractor T30 helped Beijing Daxing International Airport and China Southern Airlines Ground Services launch North China’s first apron autonomous driving pilot for unmanned baggage transfer.

Background

In April 2025, UISEE partnered with Beijing Daxing International Airport and China Southern Airlines Ground Services to officially launch North China's first apron autonomous driving pilot — also China's first pilot led by an airline. The project aims to pilot and verify the feasibility of unmanned baggage transfer operations at Beijing Daxing International Airport and accumulate experience for future large-scale deployment.

Deployed: 1 Autonomous Electric Tractor T30, covering two differentiated operating scenarios:

Pure Indoor Scenario: From China Southern domestic outbound oversized baggage transfer area → multiple baggage sorting carousels.

Indoor-Outdoor Mixed Scenario: From China Southern domestic inbound/outbound baggage sorting carousels → Beijing Daxing International Airport Gate 137 baggage storage area.

Technology: U-Drive® Intelligent Driving System (Gen 5)
